Born and raised in Miami, FL to Cuban parents, actress Melissa and singer Stephanie Carcache teamed up to start the multimedia company Millennial Woman, Inc. The driving force behind the company is to curate resourceful and inspirational content for the women of their generation. The heartbeat of the company is their traveling podcast, Millennial Women Talk, where the sisters travel city by city uncovering the challenges millennial women are facing and learn how to overcome them together. In each city, the two latina entrepreneurs host a LIVE podcast + meet up event where they invite local millennial women to come together and share their voices on the podcast.
