Daisy Auger-Dominguez has made it her mission to make all workplaces work for everyone.She is a human capital executive and workplace culture strategist who partners with and advises corporations, startups and social impact organizations to build workplaces that are diverse, equitable and inclusive. With two decades of experience leading organizational transformations at The Walt Disney Company, Google and Viacom, Daisy’s work drives innovation, collaboration, and profitability while building cultures of belonging. She is recognized for her ability to quickly form, inspire and retain high-performing teams that reset and reshape corporate cultures to better attract and engage talent, amplify performance, and enhance brand. 

A dynamic and sought-after speaker, Daisy has addressed audiences of all sizes at The New York Times, The Atlantic Inclusion Summit, SXSW, HR Transform, and Network of Women Executives, among others. Daisy also writes about reimagining diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, inclusive people strategies and leadership.

She also serves on the board of directors of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the Brooklyn Children’s Museum, the Robert Sterling Clark Foundation, and on the advisory board of Facing History and Ourselves.
