Cat has 20 years of experience as a digital and partnerships leader at some of the world’s largest companies. She is currently managing Strategic Partnerships in Entertainment at Facebook. In her current role, she is responsible for developing strategic partnerships and driving growth for Facebook’s video platform, Watch. Prior to Facebook, Cat held a variety of executive roles, including leading Strategy, Partnerships and Digital for Mattel and Yahoo! globally.

At Mattel, she was responsible for identifying opportunities that leverage new technologies, digital and creating new business models through innovation, venture capital, platforms and start-up communities. While Cat was at Yahoo, she led Global Partnerships for Search, Mobile and ran monetization for all of Yahoo’s properties. She built the mobile search business at Yahoo to over half a billion dollars in less than two years.

Cat holds a BS in International Studies with an emphasis in Business Economics from University of California, Irvine.
