Brandon Guzmán is a co-founder of Valor Entertainment Group, a talent management and production company. Mr. Guzmán primarily works with actors and non-scripted personalities.Before co-founding Valor Entertainment, Mr. Guzmán had his own management firm, BRGN Management and was also the head of the talent department in the Los Angeles office of Latin World Entertainment (LWE). Prior to making the jump into management, he spent four years at WME, where he worked in the motion picture talent department and business affairs department before making his transition into non-scripted TV. During his tenure at WME, Brandon worked with the likes of Antonio Banderas, Whitney Houston, Elijah Wood, Common, Sanaa Lathan, Alfred Molina, Adam McKay, and Gael Garcia Bernal, William Levy, among others.  Some of his currently clients include Xolo Maridueña (Cobra Kai), Cristina Rodlo (Too Old To Die Young, The Terror: Infamy), Jenny Lorenzo (influencer/content creator), Sofia Espinosa (Coco, Gloria), Ricardo Polanco (El Vato, Jose Jose).

Brandon Guzmán received his B.A. (2003) and J.D. (2006) from UCLA. After passing the bar in 2006, he practiced corporate law at Morgan Lewis in Los Angeles for two years before joining Buchalter Nemer's banking and finance group in San Francisco. After four years, he moved on from law to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.
