Adriana Cataño

Adriana Cataño is an actress and television host with over twenty years experience.  Adriana recently became an entrepreneur launching her own cruelty free, vegan skin care line in 2018 called “Catano by Aniise.” The products are certified cruelty free by PETA and also paraben free, acid free, alcohol free, toxic free, soap free and made in the USA.  Adriana’s goal is to spread awareness to women everywhere about the dangers of using toxic products and the benefits of using vegan products. Thanks to her clean and positive image. Adriana was the spokesperson for Rooms to Go (largest chain of furniture stores in the U.S ) for over 21 years, making it evident that she is loved among Hispanics in the U.S. This has been the longest on camera campaign run in the US Hispanic media for any talent as being spokesperson.  She is completely bilingual and has worked in both the mainstream and Hispanic market. Adriana is the beauty editor of Eventos Magazine, and the beauty writer of Conexiones Magazine, two of Florida's most well known publications. Her one page column “Orgullo Latino” in both publications is dedicated to successful Latina Entrepreneurs in the US.  One of her goals is to empower Latina entrepreneurs in the US.  She is also a top social media influencer. Most recently, she received a special recognition in the city of Los Angeles, at the Latin Women’s Expo for her example as a Latina and her work with the Latin community. She was also awarded "Premio Inspiracion" by Perla de Esperanza Foundation as one of S.Florida's most inspirational women. In addition, CNN en Español named her "Mujer de La Semana"  (Woman of the Week) due to her work with teenagers in the community and her positive image. Adriana was chosen to be a presenter on two occasions at the prestigious "Latin Songwriters Hall of Fame" award ceremony (LA MUSA AWARDS.) 
Her most recent acting credits include a co-starring role in the family comedy film “Trico Tri” in over 200 theatres in the US, a leading role in the comedy web series “Bodega de Pasion” for John Leguizamo’s production company EOP Comedy, the leading role in the short indie film “Your Secret Admirer,” a principal role on "America's Most Wanted" on Lifetime Television, which is one of the most respected and highest rated shows in the US. In addition she was part of the main cast of the award winning series titled "Grachi" season 1 and season 2, playing "Cristina Esquivel" on Nickelodeon Latin America. Both seasons won Favorite Telenovela at the Kid's Choice Awards and have been the highest rated series of all time on Nickelodeon Latin America. Adriana has worked on several Spanish language telenovela’s for networks such as Nickelodeon Latin America, TV Azteca, Univision and Telemundo.Cataño has also co-hosted several morning shows on spanish language TV networks such as Telemundo's "Un Nuevo Dia." She excels at hosting live television & live events.
Adriana is a household name among Hispanics in the US, Central and South America. She has graced the covers, and has been featured on hundreds of National long leads and regional newspapers such as: Selecta Magazine, Venue Magazine, Maxim online, Chispa Magazine, Terra.com, La Opinion, Latina online, El Nuevo Herald, PeopleenEspañol.com, and LifestyleMiami.com, just to name a few. She has starred in over 2000+ advertising campaigns world-wide including: Coors Light, Bud Light, Colgate, Coca-Cola, Head and Shoulders, Shiseido Cosmetics, Revlon, Presidente Brandy, Cerveza Presidente, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Tide just to name a few. Adriana discovered a hidden talent and a passion for voice-overs at a young age. She is a favorite among the largest ad agencies in the US and Latin America, and has been the voice of hundreds of international campaigns. We have heard her voice in national and international campaigns on radio and television.  Cataño is also a philanthropist and very active in charity events in Miami, Florida. She recently founded "Team Humanity Miami" and has organized many charity events. She donated all of the proceeds from her last seminar to the Scarlett Contra el Cancer foundation and is a supporter of St. Jude Cancer Research Hospital, Lotus House Shelter for homeless women and children, Miami Children's Hospital, Children's Home Society of Florida and others.  Adriana was born in Miami, FL but she is extremely proud of her Colombian roots. Her perseverance and hard work have led her to a successful career at a young age. She studied Broadcast Journalism at FIU, and acting methods with well-renowned acting coaches such as: Michelle Danner at the Larry Moss Acting Studio (Los Angeles, CA), Lori Wyman, Dan Chernau, Michael Gioia, Marc Durso, Sonia Nikore, John Fionte, Mel Johnson, & Marc Macaulay.
