Jessica Molina is a creative producer at Spotify Studios creating original video, podcast, and audio exclusive content for the Latinx community. She's directed projects with some of today's top Latin artists addressing topics like dismantling the patriarchy, mental health, and bicultural identity. She is also the co-host of Wait, Hold Up!, a lifestyle podcast highlighting the stories of people of color, with a focus on empowerment and education.  

Previously Jessica was the Senior Multimedia Producer for HipLatina and has contributed to multiple digital Latinx publications, including (but not limited to) Remezcla, Latina, Vivala, Mitú, etc.  At her core she considers herself a storyteller and she remains committed to telling the diverse and often overlooked stories that are so abundant within our communities.
