Exquisitamente presents an educational gastronomic session about the celebration of the Day of the Dead, a tradition that began in pre-Hispanic times before the conquest. The indigenous celebrated this day because for them the day of the dead gave them the opportunity to meet again with the souls of their dead. At least that is what they believed and to this day it continues to be celebrated in Mexico and parts of Latin America.
